With a large team of engineers, professional technicians, and authorized service centers worldwide, Savio is well-equipped to meet all customer needs as quickly as possible.

Savio Service guarantees comprehensive and highly specialized technical assistance, thanks to over 200 qualified technicians available for installation, start-up, and maintenance, both under and out of warranty.

Supported by more than 15 local inspectors with control and advisory functions, and by an efficient back-office team, Service works closely with the Spare Parts department to offer customized routine maintenance solutions, both preventative and predictive, thus ensuring continuity, efficiency, and quality over time.

We monitor, support, and accompany every phase of the project to ensure operational continuity and maximum efficiency.

Process audit

The Process Audit service is designed to assist the customer in optimizing the use of textile machinery and in daily operational management.

Remote assistance

Service based on sensors and artificial intelligence to monitor machine conditions and predict failures before they occur.

Weekend & Holiday Support

Technical assistance active on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays via phone contact. 

Integrated Services for Customer Efficiency

In addition to the core services, Savio Service also includes a series of activities and tools designed to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction:

  • A dedicated line for directly managing customer telephone requests;
  • An organized system for managing customer complaints supported by a ticketing service integrated into the internal CRM software;
  • Automatic generation of reports and graphs with performance, maintenance, and quality indicators, enabled by real-time machine monitoring;
  • Spare parts storage centers at Authorized Agents and Group branches to ensure speed and availability.

Furthermore, thanks to the close collaboration between Service and Spare Parts department, Savio develops customized routine maintenance plans (preventative and predictive), supported by storage centers at Authorized Agents and Group branches to ensure maximum speed and availability.
