To expand our Supply Chain Department, we are looking for a SUPPLY CHAIN ​​SPECIALIST.

Responsibilities:

  • Logistic management: coordinate the movement of materials between supplier warehouses and production, ensuring the supply of material to production departments in the time and quantities necessary to meet the expected production;
  • Production planning: schedule and manage suppliers to ensure production;
  • Supply management: ensure that stocks are always adequate to requirements, collaborating with suppliers to ensure the necessary stock levels;
  • Process optimization: analyze supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and delivery times;

Technical skilss:

  • Knowledge and experience of management systems and ERP: Use supply chain management software - ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools;
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and translate them into concrete actions;
  • Skills in managing national and international logistics flows.

Soft Skills:

  • Problem-solving: Ability to quickly identify and solve complex problems;
  • Ability to work under pressure: In highly dynamic contexts and with tight deadlines;
  • Effective communication: Clear and collaborative interaction with colleagues, suppliers and customers;
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team to achieve common goals;
  • Collaboration with production, purchasing and sales teams to ensure that customer demand and related production are met;
  • Ability to get involved and propose innovative solutions to improve the supply chain and reduce waste and costs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent;
  • Experience in the supply chain or logistics sector;
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes;
  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain management systems (ERP, MRP) and logistics;
  • Good knowledge of English languages.
