Pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 and following ("Privacy Code") and the European Regulation 2016/679 ("Privacy Regulation"), Savio Macchine Tessili S.p.A. intends to inform you and all users and / or visitors to the web site www.saviospa.com (respectively, the "Users" and the "Website"), regard-ing the use of personal data, log files and cookies collected through the Website.
1. Data Controller, Data Processors and Data Protection Officer

3. Social networks plug-in
The Website may contain social network plug-ins (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). If you access one of our web pages equipped with such a plug-in, the Internet browser connects directly to the social network servers and the plug-in is displayed on the screen, thanks to the connection with the browser. 5. Nature of the provision of data and legal basis of the processing
With reference to the purposes referred to in art. 4, points (iv) and (v) please refer to what is expressly indicated in the specific information referred to in this Privacy Policy.
For the purpose referred to in points (i), (ii) and (iii) of the previous art. 4, the provision of your personal data is necessary as without it you will not be able to use the services offered by the Site. Consequently, for the purpose referred to in point (i) the legal basis of the processing is the fulfillment of legal obligations, pursuant to pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1, lett. c) of the Privacy Regulation, while for the purposes referred to in points (ii) and (iii) the legal basis of the processing is the execution of the services provided through the Site and requested by you, pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1 , lit. b) of the Privacy Regulation.

6. To whom and in which cases we can transmit your data.

7. Your rights
At any time you can exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 et seq. of the Privacy Regulation, for access, rectification, transformation, blocking, cancellation, limitation of treatment, in the manner and within the limits established by art. 12 of the Privacy Regulation. 8. Duration of the Treatment
Without prejudice to legal obligations, personal data will be kept for a specific period, based on criteria based on the nature of the services provided. In particular, navigation data does not persist for more than 7 (seven) days (except for any need for the judicial authorities to ascertain crimes).
